Parkland Village Community Centre is the perfect place for weddings, baby/wedding showers, birthday parties, family reunions, celebrations of life and has been the perfect space for hosting community-wide events for fundraisers, public information nights, and training sessions. Recently, chefs have even been renting the kitchen to prepare meals for their catering businesses!

TO BOOK THE COMMUNITY HALL:

STEP ONE:

  • Look at the Rental Calendar to see which dates are available.​ 

  • Read the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) for more important information.

STEP TWO:

  • Complete the Online Rental Inquiry

  • Once we receive it, we will review your request and then send you a rental contract to read and sign. This may take a couple of days.

  • Please send only one request.

STEP THREE:

  • To confirm your booking, you must submit the signed contract (online) and a damage deposit (online).

  • If your booking is still “pending” (meaning we don’t have your contract or deposit yet), you will have one week to secure your date if someone else is interested in the same day.

  • You will get a copy of the contract by email.

STEP FOUR:

Please note: The community Centre is run by volunteers.
