Service Description
Need a small space to host a meeting and are on a budget? Our basement has an open concept room, big enough to host a meeting or teach a course without breaking the bank.
Damage Deposit -$350 (to be returned 14 days after event)
Damage deposit fee is due before the time of your rental.
$100/hr/person cleaning charge will be applied (if necessary) and will be debited from the security deposit prior to any refund.
Rental is not considered confirmed until the contract is signed and payment (including damage deposit) is paid in full.
